Terms of Use
Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or using any HAXBD product.
01 — Authorized Use Only
All HAXBD products are professional penetration testing and security audit tools. They are designed exclusively for:
- Authorized red team engagements with written permission
- Security auditing of systems you own
- Educational and research purposes in controlled lab environments
- Certified penetration testing professionals (CEH, OSCP, etc.)
⚠ Unauthorized use of HAXBD tools against systems you do not own or do not have explicit written
permission to test is illegal under the Bangladesh Digital Security Act 2018 (Sections 17,
19) and equivalent computer crime laws in most jurisdictions.
02 — Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing any HAXBD product, you agree that:
- You will only use the tool on systems you own or have written authorization to test
- You assume full legal responsibility for how you use the product
- HAXBD is not liable for any misuse, unauthorized access, or damage caused by the buyer
- You are at least 18 years of age
03 — Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of security hardware, all sales are final. Defective units will be replaced within 7 days of delivery with proof of defect.
